How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply:

1. Search or browse the product you are looking for.
2. Select the quantity you are looking to purchase.

3. Click on "Add to Cart".

4. Enter your cart via the shopping bag logo on the top right corner of the website.

5. Check out and make your payment!

What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept online payment - any form of credit or debit card.

Additionally, we accept Paynow/ Paylah for payment.

If you are looking to earn some Grabpoints, use Grabpay upon checking out!

Last but not least, cash on delivery - only available for self-collection at our warehouse/ office.

Is nekohouse products reliable?

As our motto quote "For cats, by cat owners", Nekohouse is run by a team of cat-experts who love cats more than anything else!

Nekohouse is a registered business and does not encourage any form of "fake" goods or harmful products to both humans and cats.

In fact, Nekohouse is an authorised distributor for brands listed on our website. All products with brand labelling are purchased directly from manufacturer or authorized distributors themselves. Hence, it is almost impossible to find "fake" or "bad" goods at Nekohouse. Unless, there is instances where the brand itself recalls their food due to certain issues. In that case, we will do our best in informing every customer who has purchased a certain brand to stop using the product.

Other than that, nekohouse supplies only top quality cat food, long lasting cat accessories, and safest cat litter.

Warranty

Is there warranty for products purchased?

Yes there is! To ensure the products you received is in good condition, for products such as Pet Fountain, Pet Bowls, Feeders, Litter Boxes, the warranty period is from 1-3 months. Our warranty does not include food, litter, treats or any perishable item.

However, do contact us upon facing any issue with our products. We will help you as much as we can!

Shipping & Delivery

What are some shipping methods available?

Normal Mail by Singpost - Delivered through letterbox with no tracking number. Suited for small and low cost items only.

Tracked Parcel by 3PL - Delivered to your doorstep with tracking number. Suitable for most products listed on Nekohouse, except for bulky parcels such as litters.

NKH in-house courier - Delivered by our own logistics team. For bulky and heavy parcels that require manpower to move the parcel. This is to ensure these parcels are not thrown or damaged by logistics company upon shipment.

How long does it take to deliver?

Upon placing your order, the products should reach you within the same week! Based on the selection of delivery method, it may take longer for non-tracking parcels to arrive at your doorstep. However, in most cases, customers receive their goods within 2-5 working days.

Returns can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Terms & Conditions apply. All approved returns will be refunded back to your selected payment method.
